• PLEASE ensure you are at the venue and pick up your passes at least 1 hour prior to Shenandoah's showtime for that specific event.

• You will receive an email confirmation with your purchase details, but no further communication will be sent. You will pick up your passes at WILL CALL at least one hour prior to Shenandoah's scheduled showtime and more details will be communicated then.
